Chocolate is my guilty pleasure. Its there for me when I need it.
Not too long ago I found this recipe online for chocolate truffles, I had always wanted to make them, and sure enough, one night instead of doing homework I found myself running to the market to stock up on all the necessary ingredients! They were delicious and easy to make! I won't repost the whooooole recipe/post where I found these little gems, but I'll give you the link and hopefully you'll try them yourself. They were a hit with all my friends and choco-lovers alike.
