Burberry Fall 2013

It really is a a shame that the Burberry show couldn't have fallen on Valentine's day during NYFW. Instead, viewers had to wait to get a glimpse of this marvelous collection during the first few days of LFW. In a collection titled "Trench Kisses," Christopher Bailey wowed audiences with a twist on classic Burberry looks.

Featuring a soundtrack centered on the theme of love, models walked down the runway in heart-printed silk blouses and trench coats, lots of great knit sweaters with elongated pencil skirts, and a little bit of leopard for you sex kittens out there. Skirts, jackets, and several of the bags were covered with strips of leather attached by grommets and others with oversize graphic prints (not pictured). Also featured were valentine-red dresses that were either demure or sexy, pleasing all eyes. To top it all off, in taming some of the wild beasts Bailey sent down the runway, were models in kitten heels.
