Music Monday - Only Love

It's been one of those days when everything around you is moving at a thousand miles per hour and you can't seem to slow down or get a grip on what's going out.. I wish I had more hours in the day to do the things I wanted to do.. or even the things I need to do.. those seem to be on the back burner lately.


Thats why on a night like tonight I just want to curl up with the soothing voice of Ben Howard.. If you haven't checked out his music you should. His voice is magical. He's a 23 year old journalist turned surfer turned musician from the UK - even more reason to love him.

I confess I recently just discovered his music myself. It was one of those nights where you stay up late on the couch talking (actually talking) to a gorgeous guy and you discover he has this softer dreamy side to him you've never seen.. and he dedicates the above song to you.. and then sings it to you. I m-e-l-t-e-d. No, really, I did. It was the sexiest most gut-wrenching thing that anyone has ever done for me. The sun just happened to be coming up too.. whatever I like to think I live in a movie sometimes.
